Imperial Manufacturing Group (IMG) is looking for a Change Manager.

Responsibilities


As a change manager your primary focus will be on the people side of change, which involves preparing, supporting, and equipping people to adopt and use changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, organization structures, and more.


Furthermore, you will develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage of required changes. Your responsibilities also include plans and efforts to anticipate and minimize resistant behaviors from team members and stakeholders who are impacted by the changes.


Your ideal goal is to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of changes, and proficiency with the changes that impact team members who must use the changes in their daily work.


Lastly you will act as a coach for people leaders and executives, helping them fulfill the critical role of change management sponsor as they lead their teams through the transition.


Although this role description highlights most responsibilities there could be other duties assigned per business needs.

Qualifications


  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
  • Problem-solving and root-cause identification skills
  • Change management certification or designation desired
  • Any other related task
  • Three years minimum experience in a project management role
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to work effectively at all levels of an organization.
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
  • Three years minimum experience in change supporting role.
