Who are we looking for?

A Senior level Platform Development Technical Program Manager to manage a critical project for one of our important clients in the Transportation & Logistics domain. The Individual should be passionate about technology and experienced in managing outsourced, managed services engagements

Project Management Skills

 10+ years of experience as a project and Program manager with experience in agile software development

 Experienced in managing SLA-driven Managed Service projects

 Experience with Client handling across the various client stakeholders

 Should have depth of experience in SDLC best-practices and should have experience rolling out the same in past

 Should have managed a team size of >50 people

 Demonstrated skills in scope management, stakeholder management, hiring, revenue and cost management

 Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework would be a plus

Technical Skills

 5+ years of experience managing Platform and Data Engineering related projects

 Understanding on Agile and Devops based development principles

 Exposure working in Cloud technologies like Azure will be a plus

Process Skills

 Ability to implement process controls and effectively govern quality delivery and SLA adherence

 Capable of analyzing requirements and develop software as per project defined Agile software process

 Ability to manage and multiple tracks in partnering with client FTEs

 Develop and peer review of LLD (Initiate/ participate in peer reviews)

 Understanding of test strategies, generate innovative ideas with team and contribute to appropriate software (including programming languages) development life cycle methodology and application of specialized business and technical knowledge.

 Must be good in team management and leading the team in technical upskilling.

Behavioral Skills

 Resolve technical issues of projects and explore alternate designs

 Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.

 Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction

 Execute Trainings and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.

Qualification

 Somebody who has 10+ years of work experience in managing software development.

 Education qualification: Engineering or equivalent technical degree
