We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking senior change specialist to join our established and growing team in Toronto.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Creating and executing a change management strategy to enable a complex rail infrastructure enhancement programme for our client in Canada.

Bringing subject matter expertise from either a specific sector/s or specialist capabilities that they employ in a change management capacity across multiple clients, sectors and geographies.

Delivering the programme outcomes in partnership with the major programme leadership team.

Reporting to the head of capability and change.

2 direct reports.

About You

You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated construction teams. You have a master’s level in change management or related advisory discipline. You are an APMQ. You are a certified change practitioner in a recognized change methodology. You are chartership or membership of a professional body, alumni or similar.
