Full-Time Keyholder - Toronto Showroom

Endy is setting the benchmark in customer experience, and we are looking to hire a full-time Keyholder to take it to the next level in our exciting new retail experience in Toronto. This is a real opportunity to build a customer-centric company with us and become a leader in our growth. As a full-time keyholder, you’ll represent the Endy brand on the front lines. You will be learning from our best-in-class Customer Experience in a hybrid environment. You’ll provide best-in-class customer experience and manage customer relationships with uncompromising expertise, knowledge, and warmth.

As a Keyholder, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in leading a team of Sales Associates to provide best-in-class customer experience to our customers. You will take ownership of the showroom's operations during opening and closing hours, ensuring compliance with Endy's policies and procedures and local regulations. This is a full-time role that may require working evenings and weekends.

What You'll Do:

• Reconcile daily sales reports
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement and report back to the Store Manager
• Efficiently process sales orders via tablet or point of sale
• Support the Store Manager in driving sales and revenue growth by identifying opportunities and developing strategies to achieve and exceed targets
• Ensure compliance with Endy's policies and procedures, and local regulations
• Train and mentor new team members on Endy's products, policies, and procedures
• Open and/or close the showroom, following established procedures and guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager
• Manage inventory and stock levels to ensure product availability for customers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence, including but not limited to HR, Marketing, Logistics, and Product Development
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and cleanliness of the showroom
• Support the Sales Associates when the Store Manager is not available by handling escalations or extenuating circumstances

Who You Are:

• Comfortable lifting and moving items up to 75 lbs/34 kgs
• Empathetic and clear communicator, able to build relationships with customers and team members
• Familiarity with Shopify or online store management systems is an asset
• Problem-solver who understands how to work with all types of customer personalities
• Self-starter and needs little to no supervision, able to manage priorities and delegate effectively
• Knowledgeable in Mac and Google Suite systems
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to prioritize and multi-task with a smile
• 2+ years of work experience in customer experience, sales or social community development, preferably at a retail or e-commerce company (bonus if it’s a startup!)
• You love sleep and are passionate about providing a great customer experience!
