Iam Security Architect - Full-Time $140,000 Base - Toronto (Hybrid Remote)

Role: IAM Security Architect

Structure: Full-time Permanent

Location: Scarborough, ON (Hybrid remote)

Pay: $140,000 base plus benefits, bonus and pension

Hours: Monday - Friday (business hours), must be on-site

What You'll Be Doing

• Architect, lead and design solutions for managing aspects of Identity and Access Management for a large Enterprise environment; translating business requirements to functional technology requirements as needed

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Identity and Access Management, policies/practices and processes and how they are applied in daily function or during project lifecycle

• Contribute to the overall IAM and security technical strategy and roadmap including but not limited to: identity lifecycle management and governance, powerful privileged access, customer authentication, hybrid public/private cloud integration

• Produce technical solution documents, design/architecture diagrams, security design documentation as required to support new, proposed or existing IAM solutions

• Deliver technical presentations or knowledge walkthroughs of existing and proposed application systems to various audiences including project team members, peer technology teams and management

• Provide consultation, strategy and technical leadership towards the successful discovery, maturity assessment and ultimate integration of third party company’s IAM as a result of corporate mergers and acquisitions

Ideal Candidate Will Have

• You have certification(s) (CISSP, CISM, CCSP) (preferred)
• 8+ years of architecture, design and hands-on implementation experience on access control solutions such as Web Access Management (WAM), Remote VPN, major SSO/Federation Solutions such as Azure AD, ADFS, Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock OpenAM, Multifactor Authentication (MFA) and Risk Based Authentication.
• Strong knowledge and well versed in information security in general with knowledge of key information security frameworks and regulations such as SoX, FISMA, NIST, PCI etc..
• You have hands-on experience with Cloud IAM technologies
• Strong knowledge of IAM modern protocols; Provisioning: SCIM (provisioning), Authentication: OIDC, Oauth 2.0, SAML 2.0 (authentication)
• You are familiar with multiple operating systems, such as UNIX, Windows, Linux, Tandem, AS400, Mainframe (RACF, ACF2, Top Secret).
• You have hands-on experience with software packages like SailPoint Identity IIQ, RadiantLogic, Centrify PAS, CA Password Authority etc..
• A good understanding of project management framework and delivery methodologies (Agile and Waterfall)
• You have a customer-oriented approach to the solutions you are providing.
