Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced copy editor and proofreader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of grammar, punctuation, and style. They will also be able to identify and correct errors in spelling, punctuation, and grammar. In addition, the successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team.


Responsibilities


  • Ensure that written materials are clear, concise, and error-free
  • Knowledge of SEO.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Compile and update style guides as required.
  • Identify and correct errors in spelling, punctuation, and grammar
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Copy edit and proofread written materials, including articles, reports, and marketing materials


Qualifications


  • High school diploma or GED
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in desktop publishing software and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
