Role: Senior Manager, Business Analysis, Capital Markets Technology (Equity Derivatives)

Structure: Full-time Permanent

Location: Toronto, ON (hybrid remote 2 days a week)

Pay: Variable base (depending on experience) plus bonus, RRSP matching, Pension, Stock Options and Benefits

Hours: Monday - Friday (business hours)

We currently have an opportunity for a full-time Senior Manager of Business Analysis working with a major Financial Services company in the Capital Markets technology domain for Equity Derivatives.

In this role, you will lead a team of Business Analysts who provide business analysis and technical insights on future technology innovations on products that support the Equity Derivatives Capital Markets domain.

The required skills for this role will be:

• 8 to 12 years of experience driving and developing product features, documentation and delivery schedules.
• Familiarity with bank product and services, front to back office operational environment, modern software architectures, software management, SDLC and development techniques.
• Experience working in Investment banking technology ideally with equity derivatives tech, and deep understanding of financial products like equity Options, Callable, and market linked equity notes.
• 5 to 8 years of experience working with sales, trading, and quants developing business cases for NA markets.
• 5+ years in Agile/Scrum, creating sprints, issue backlogs, dashboards, and conducting daily-standups.
• Experience working with enterprise technology, architects, cloud vendors, and release management teams.
• Masters OR bachelor’s degree/diploma in information technology/systems, business administration, computer science OR relevant work experience required
