Business Analyst - Access Management On behalf of our client in the Banking Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Business Analyst - Access Management.
Business Analyst - Access Management –

• Participating in the problem statement articulation, planning, execution, and project management activities
• Connect with various partners to understand new access control requirements
• Build positive relationships and work closely with key partners to establish the proper support model and offering leadership as needed
• Identifying, supporting and offering creative solutions to key operational or process issues across the broader team
• Support tasks related to the various control processes that are managed by the access controls team, specifically around the execution of triple validations, toxicity reviews, attestations, and maintenance of standard role documentation
• Facilitating communications with all partners
• The Business Analyst demonstrates governance, control and risk management behaviors that align with bank policies and practices to drive accountability of team deliverables
• Lead initiatives to improve the Risk & Control framework
• Address issues with speed and know what issues to call out
• You support the successful delivery of Access Control initiatives by participating in the problem statement articulation, planning, execution, and project management activities
• Developing, collaborating and executing on tactical plans that align to the Risk & Control framework
• Support any remediation activities, as needed
• Coordinate with business, technology partners and controls teams to identify and remediate issues
• Review the user access of different systems and help identify if there are any errors in system configuration, training will be provided
