Job Description

Role : IAM Application Support

Location : Toronto, ON

Duration : Long term contract


JD:


•Resolve ongoing medium to high complexity requests and incidents for IAM Applications including Access Manager (SailPoint IdentityIQ)

•Support feed files on critical applications on SailPoint IIQ for accuracy of attestation

•Support escalation process for feed file failures

•Deploy application changes for server, configuration, and enhancements following internal hand-off from the Engineering team

•Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve issues and identify defects, opportunities for automation and enhancements

•Maintain and support test and production environments

•Take on initiatives on self-appointed projects and self-created processes to better enhance the technology

•Provide knowledge sharing, as recognized SME, in efforts such as writing complex knowledge articles, relationship development with other teams, mentoring, and job shadowing
