As the People Engagement Regional Manager, your objective is to create an inspired, connected, and fun environment for our employees. By understanding their interests and passions, you'll ensure our initiatives resonate with them while also looking at making a positive impact in our local communities.
We're committed to addressing CSR initiatives that matter to our employees, customers, and stakeholders. In support to our Global group, join us to champion these initiatives and continue to make Keywords an organization that contributes meaningfully.
Ready for an exciting journey to empower employees and redefine engagement?
The People Engagement Regional Manager responsibilities will be organized across the 2 following pillars:
Engagement (70%)
As the People Engagement Regional Manager, you won't just be connecting our staff across the region, but also orchestrating epic events that will have everyone buzzing with excitement! Join us to create virtual and in-person gatherings that unite our gaming aficionados, packed with thrilling activities and unforgettable memories.
Importantly, you'll be crafting experiences that cater to our gaming community's passions while embracing the diverse people and cultures that make us unique. We're all about fostering a fun and inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels welcome to geek out together.
Get ready to level up our regional staff events, initiatives, and communications, all designed to reinforce our values and create a dynamic, culturally sensitive environment. From gaming tournaments that ignite friendly rivalries to interactive workshops that inspire creativity and help us all discover new horizons, you'll be the mastermind behind it all.
You will also always look for new perks and advantages for our employees that we could get access to across the Region or sometimes only locally.
Corporate Social Responsibility (30%)
You will be responsible for developing and promoting Keywords Corporate Social Responsibility efforts across the studios in the Americas.
As one of the catalysts behind Keywords' incredible Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts across our studios in the region, you'll be responsible for taking our commitment to the next level. In-line with the Global CSR strategy and in support to the Global CSR Manager, you will help build forces with regional and local nonprofit organizations that align with our values. As well as with HR and Studio Management, you'll embark on a mission to empower our company and staff to make a real difference in the communities we hold dear.
You'll also help spread the word about Keywords' dedication to social responsibility. With the help of our Communications team, and through captivating campaigns and creative storytelling, you'll inspire employees to embark on the journey and contribute to our employer branding on social medias as well.
As our Engagement Supervisor in Montreal will be leaving for maternity leave for 9 months, we will be counting on you to have a specific focus for the Montréal Studio and its staff during the first year.
