About The Role
About the role
We're looking for a Lifecycle Marketer who is ready to roll up their sleeves and get shit done. You'll be joining a team of driven crafters who are committed to pushing themselves out of their comfort zones and thriving on change and chaos. We don't operate on a lot of processes, but we do trade on impact. That means you need to care deeply about what you're doing and be committed to continuously developing your craft.
As a Lifecycle Marketer, you'll be responsible for accelerating the success of new and/or existing merchants through continuous optimization of our customer communication channels (email, push, etc.). You'll implement growth strategies, A/B tests, and conversion rate optimizations to drive measurable growth against product and customer level KPIs. You'll also conduct analyses to better understand the merchant lifecycle and how they use each product line.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, aligning LCM objectives with overall marketing strategies and providing valuable insights to drive mutual success.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in order to propose innovative strategies and drive continuous improvements in our marketing efforts.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize LCM initiatives to drive better customer engagement, increase conversion rates, and enhance overall customer experience.
  • Establish and maintain robust feedback loops between strategy development and marketing execution. This includes conducting A/B testing, generating insightful dashboards, and performing ad-hoc analysis to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and implement net new campaigns aimed at addressing customer pain points across all stages of the customer journey. Monitor performance of existing campaigns and work with product experts to troubleshoot when necessary.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully leading multiple cross-functional projects in a highly matrixed environment. Able to navigate and coordinate with various teams to achieve project objectives.
  • The ability to blend an analytical, data-first approach to problem solving, the creativity to formulate strategies, and the communication ability to share your vision with stakeholders and secure buy-in.
  • Proficiency generating actionable insights from large unstructured datasets (knowledge of SQL a plus), excitement about finding trends within data
  • Experience working cross-functionally with mar-tech, analytics/Data Science, and product to drive platform level enhancements which fuel the customer experience.
  • Proven ability to conceptualize and lead always-on growth programs to help meet these objectives alongside other members of the growth marketing team.
  • Experience instituting rigorous test and learn methodology to achieve desired results
  • Experience consulting with product, sales and product marketing teams on growth strategies to drive their respective product lines.
  • A strategic marketing mind that understands the fundamentals of multiple growth marketing channels, but has the experience and skills to go deep when necessary.
