The People Engagement Regional Manager responsibilities will be organized across the 2 following pillars:

5 years+ of direct work experience in communication and/or event planning;

An asset: knowledge of French, Portuguese and/or Spanish.

Experiences in Videogame or Media and Entertainment.

Ability to manage and coordinate a small team of employees.

Five (5) years recent related experience in a unionized health care environment, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Several years of management experience in a similar position leading a team of HR professionals.

Undergraduate degree in business or a human resources focused discipline or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.

Experience working within a post-secondary or public organization is strongly preferred.

Experience in integrating equity, diversity and inclusion into Human Resources strategies and practices.

Able to impart knowledge based on interpretation and application of legislation, collective agreements, policies and procedures, and government regulations.

Demonstrated experience using tools for vocational counselling methodology.

Demonstrates excellent communication (both written and verbal), facilitation and influencing skills.

Advanced skill in current computer applications (word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and database).
