Job Description
Are you an experienced Learning Lead in search of your next contract opportunity? Our high-profile client is seeking to hire a Learning Lead to join their talented team on a 6 month contract with a strong probability of extension. As a Learning Lead with our client, you’ll receive:

Responsibilities
Clear & concise communication and content which caters to a diverse range of teams with different sets of roles & responsibilities
Strong presentation skills (emphasis on supporting visual learners) and comfortable leading & facilitating in-person and on zoom training sessions
Proactive and not afraid to reach out for clarification or support
Active listening to support user questions and address overall training needs of learners
Time management to support an agile way of working – ability to juggle priorities and re-prioritize/pivot as needed
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining prioritization of key deliverables
Follow up with surveys & training retrospectives to identify and address gaps and support continuous improvement of training
Qualifications
Articulate/RISE authoring tools
Microsoft Office Suite tools
PowerPoint for presentations and trainings
Smartsheet - basic understanding of forms, reports and project tracking
Video creation software familiarity is a plus *note: no nominated video software at lulu at this time so I can’t be specific to which programs(s)
