Responsibilities:

• Create strategic external materials, including media releases, website content, and presentations.
• Mitigate communication risks and issues while providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Develop tactical plans aligned with organizational goals for effective messaging.
• Oversee communications budget and ensure seamless execution in collaboration with OCM Engagement Specialist.
• Manage internal communication efforts, from emails to intranet content.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to devise and implement internal and external communication strategies.

Requirements:

• Proactive self-starter with strong initiative, adaptability in ambiguous situations.
• Demonstrated commitment, adaptability, and ownership of work and decisions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adept at clarifying complex concepts.
• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Detail-oriented, thriving under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Fosters teamwork, cooperation, and contributions within a dynamic environment.
• Acute business understanding, valuing diverse perspectives and promoting collaboration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and computer literacy.
• Preferred: Certification in Prosci or other change management methodology, Project Management certification.
