Change Management Consultant Jobs

On behalf of our client, Affinity is looking for a Change Management Consultant to play an important role in leading and supporting the digital transformation program.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse the impact on the business, including the stakeholders, policies and processes, of any digital technology project or initiative.

• Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.

• Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications.

• Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.

• Support training efforts by providing input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.

• Provide guidance and support to departmental leaders and managers in leading their teams through digital transformation

• Develop comprehensive change management strategies and plans tailored to unique needs and challenges.

• Provide required engagement and communications campaigns to secure buy-in and consistent messaging for digital initiatives throughout the change process.

• Monitor and evaluate the progress of change initiatives, identifying and addressing any barriers or resistance to change.

Qualifications:

• A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process

• Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools

• Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges

• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle

• Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts

• Change management certification or designation desired

• Problem solving and root cause identification skills

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

• Excellent active listening skills

• Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal

• Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
