YOUR ROLE
The Retail Demand Management Administrator is the key link between the North American Retail Buying Teams, the Distribution and Planning Teams and the Supply Chain. This associate is responsible for creating and maintaining open orders and ensuring they flow through our warehouses in a timely manner. Through weekly analyses on variances between supply and demand and available inventory, this associate is empowered to take action to resolve issues in order to provide best-in-class service to our Retail teams, while also acting in the best interest of the Supply Chain.
Responsibilities:

• Runs a weekly analysis to identify and resolve discrepancies between supply and demand.
• Runs a weekly analysis to identify available supply in the system and investigates the root cause. Takes action to resolve the issue, or coordinate with internal Supply Management, Wholesale Demand Management, Buying or IT teams if support is needed for resolution.
• Supports accelerating priority orders through our DCs by coordinating with our DC Operations and Distribution teams to have outbound deliveries dropped and processed quickly.
• Maintains orders and provides visibility to internal stakeholders using SAP & BI tools, and various ad-hoc Excel reports.
• On a monthly basis, investigates aged open orders and takes action to keep the system clean.
• Executes order revisions as per ad hoc requests for date, costing or unit changes.
• Monitors orders up until DC reception and ensures the merchandise flows smoothly through the system.
• Creates demand documents in SAP based on distribution curves from the Distribution Team as per the Buying Calendars to ensure demand is captured for production.

DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

• Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills, enjoys working as part of a team
• College Degree (A.E.C. or D.E.C.)
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. SAP experience as an asset
• Capacity for processing and organizing large data sets
• Has a positive attitude, displays curiosity and a desire to learn
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
