Vivneda Group Property Administrator

We are centrally located - just outside the downtown core, minutes to the Chinook station LRT, and easy access to major highways.
We are looking for a Property Administrator to join our property management team, Vivenda Group.
Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare and issue tenant billings, rental advice notices and other routine tenant correspondence
Review tenant and head lease abstracts and ensure accuracy of rent rolls in accordance with the lease Review and report on the simulation of monthly rent rolls to the Property Manager
Coordinate tenant move-in/move out
Book appointments and conduct viewings
Answer phones and respond to emails
Make bank deposits as required
Field tenant complaints, answer questions
NTE and unit inspections
Perform A/R reviews, investigations
Record management – scanning, filing, archiving
Post ads, building posters
Event planning, community interactions and initiatives
Drive to other business locations
Other related tasks as needed
Hard and Soft Skills
High school diploma or equivalent
3-5 years property administration or related office experience or customer service
Accounts payable and receivable experience is an asset
Basic understanding of property management terminology, principles and procedures.\
Knowledge of current laws, legislation and rights concerning residents
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Able to multitask in a dynamic environment
Strong computer skills (Word and Excel)
A self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Exposure to multi-residential or other related industry asset class would be considered an asset
Clean 3-5 year driver’s abstract required
Police clearance required
