- Salary between $50,000 and $60,000 (based on experience);
- Work Schedule: 9:00am to 5pm in person
- 3 weeks of vacation time;
As a Property Administrator, you will be responsible for performing administrative tasks related to operations of the building, (purchase orders, invoices, insurance), to deal with questions related to the services given to tenants, to help update press releases and to perform other specific tasks.

- Salary between $50,000 and 60,000$ (based on experience);

- Permanent position;
- RRSP (after 3 months);
- 37.5 hours per week
What your day will look like working as a Property Administrator:
- Welcome and help all visitors and direct them to the right person;
- Prepare, process and submit monthly reports such as those related to accounts payable, electronic funds transfers, NSF checks and deposits of payment checks from rents;
- Administrative tasks, such as updating information in the
- Answer all incoming phone calls and requests for information, service requests from tenants;
- Manage the procurement process from the purchase order form to purchase to payment of bills for expenses, operational and for those related to projects,
- Provide support with respect to the administration of leases,
work for maintenance staff, etc.
- Manage and maintain the Angus maintenance management system;
- Assist in the supervision and coordination of events related to
- Writing and sending notices to tenants;
- Provide assistance with tenant meetings, activities, and Tenant Work Requests;
- Ensure the proper management and archiving of files;
- Provide support to the Property Management team with respect to administrative tasks, office supplies, mail, information technology staff and the needs related to the telephone system,
- Maintain event calendars; help coordinate the welcome kit for new tenants and various ad projects;
- Perform any other assigned tasks.
What is required to be the selected candidate:
- Experience of at least two years in administration;
- Highly organized, meticulous and comfortable working in a
- Passion for the industry and desire to build a long-term career in it;
- Bilingualism (French and English) orally and in writing;
- Post-secondary education preferred;
- Experience in a field related to real estate would be an asset;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, (Word and Excel);
- Excellent customer service skills always aiming to exceed expectations;
- Dedicated person who works well in a team and who likes to have fun at work;
- Experience with Yardi or Angus systems will be considered a
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and great ability to multi-task;
