YOUR ROLE
The Demand Management team is responsible for entering and managing all wholesale & franchise customer orders for the Aldo and Call It Spring brands in North America & for our International partners, fulfilled from our Global warehouses. We also support our retail division by ensuring their orders flow through our internal supply chain systems.
We aim to ship On Time and with the highest level of accuracy to our customers, while providing visibility around issues and delays to our internal teams.
We are looking for motivated, curious & organized associates to join this new team.
Responsibilities:

• Receive and manage franchise orders from third-party ordering sites and ensure accuracy in SAP
• Research and resolve discrepancies, customer claims and other issues as necessary
• Closely monitor customer order book to ensure demand is captured for production
• Work closely with the Account Management team to ensure outbound order accuracy and on time fulfillment
• Understand and manage specific customer requirements regarding delivery operating procedures
• Maintain an accurate order book and provide visibility to internal and external stakeholders, using SAP & BI tools, and various ad-hoc Excel reports, as required
• Monitor and resolve SAP issues surrounding our orders and elevate to IT / Ops teams as needed
• Liaise with the retail buying and distribution teams to ensure full order alignment in SAP
• Maximizes sales opportunities by answering product and operational enquiries and suggest products where applicable
• Processes & monitor wholesale customer outbound orders in SAP
• Communicate with DC & logistics teams to understand delays and minimize impact to customers
• Provide “Best In Class” service by responding to customer enquiries clearly and efficiently, confirming all orders issues and delays

DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

• Effective communication skills essential
• Must possess excellent organizational skills
• Positivity, curiosity and adaptability are essential
• Previous customer service experience in a wholesale environment preferred
• Must be able to process and manipulate large amounts of data with accuracy
• Must be comfortable in Microsoft Office suite and excited to learn new software systems as needed
• SAP experience preferred
• Bilingual, French and English essential
• Willing to support team member as required
