The successful candidate must have the following education, experience and/or demonstrated skills:

Generate ad-hoc reports and prepare monthly Cash Management Reports for all accounts

Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or equivalent experience.

Working knowledge of Elite, 3E or other professional accounting software is an asset

Strong client service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A minimum 5 years of financial institution management experience

5 years of relative Commercial or Cash Management experience

Cash Management Administrator - 18 Month Contract

The Qualifications and Experience we like to see:

File and do any other day to day operational assignments, projects and/or responsibilities

A College Diploma/University Degree in Accounting or Finance

2-3 years of relevant work experience in accounting or related field

Maintain a working knowledge and understanding of deposit and cash management banking products and services

Assist cash management team in the resolution of customer concerns.

CMSO is responsible for the implementation of new cash management products and services

Identify additional business opportunities for existing customers and advise the Cash Management Manager (MCM), Relationship/Account Manager as appropriate

Assist in the preparation of presentations to clients for Manager, Cash Management, Relationship/Account Managers

Participate in personal performance management and development activities, including cross training within own team

3 – 5 years accounting experience would be an asset

Oil and gas experience is an asset

Triage Cash - Receivables shared email inboxes

Process daily incoming payments in SAP for various companies

Daily Review of SAP FIORI Bank Statement items and clear to appropriate GL’s or offset to customer accounts.

Engineering & Project Management Projects:

a)Providing administrative support to ongoing engineering and project management initiatives, including documentation management, reporting, and coordination.

Knowledge of relevant building technology products is a strong asset.

b)Coordinating interview setups, scheduling interviews with candidates and managers.

c)Managing job offer requests and communication with HR for contract issuance.

4+ years of BA experience or Liquidity risk management experience.

Administer and manage a team to drive change

Knowledge of LCR/NCCF and other Reports for Regulatory Reporting for multiple regions desired.

2+ years of experience managing a team.

Knowledge of Postgres, SQL Server or Oracle databases is an asset.

Experience in reading and understanding application software code, such as Python, Java or C would be an asset.

Understand and manage specific customer requirements regarding delivery operating procedures

Work closely with the Account Management team to ensure outbound order accuracy and on time fulfillment

Receive and manage franchise orders from third-party ordering sites and ensure accuracy in SAP

Must possess excellent organizational skills

Previous customer service experience in a wholesale environment preferred

Prepare disbursement calculations per documented agreements; manage the record-keeping and reconciliation of the dividend, interest, Corporate Trust and Corporate Actions payments

Manage the documentation process to ensure appropriate audit trail from account opening through closing of client accounts

Preference for candidates with an accounting or finance background plus post-secondary degree

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong proficiency with Excel is a key requirement
