Prepare monthly report on BQMS statistics (bidding, quotation, contract and delivery confirmation, etc.) to Management

Any Ad Hoc report requested by Management for BQMS Marketing

Manage contract change when original approved-contract needs to be altered due to revised work scope

Manage and update BQMS Master Data (e.g. BQMS exempted vendor list)

Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills

Strong Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Advanced Excel skills

Minimum 6 years of experience in Procurement and Vendor Management functions

Prioritization and time management skills are your assets

Ensure constant application of due diligence, risk assessment and continuing vendor monitoring regarding key suppliers and spend management.

Identify and apply industry best practice pertaining to vendor and contract management

You are comfortable working with all levels of management

Manage and/or audit for performance, conformance and compliance supplier master agreements and correct non-compliant issues as they arise.

Extensive experience (5+ years) in procurement, contract management, and vendor relations.

Proficiency in data management and reporting tools.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities

Manage Trinity’s client onboarding process, including drafting personalized client welcome letter.

Support vendor risk management processes based on operational and contract security requirements.

Provide leadership to mature and evolve the Vendor Management Office framework of policies, processes, and responsibilities.

Contract Management and Vendor Governance

Coordinate Executive Relationship Management sessions (e.g., QBR, Annual Executive Relationship Management).

Solid grasp of financial concepts and budget planning and management.

Communication and Relationship Management - Demonstrated experience to act independently and make decisions that achieve optimal results with minimal supervision

Experience and Skill Set Requirements

Project management and vendor management

Developing and presenting ministry-specific dashboards, reports, and other project management collateral
