Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support the Director of Vendor Management with end-to-end Vendor Management processes.

As a Business Analyst supporting the Vendor Management Analyst team, you will be helping in shaping the Digital & Payments Vendor Management Program related to Central 1’s 3rd party vendor relationships.

What You'll Be Doing

1- Vendor Analytics and Reporting (80%)

Vendor Performance Management

• Supporting the development of vendor business review meeting collateral
• Consolidating and analyzing vendor performance data received from the business unit and vendor
• Initiating vendor performance reviews by requesting information from the business unit and vendor
• Assessing vendor contracts for commercial terms and conditions to identify performance obligations and commitments
• Capturing vendor business review meeting output and distributing to all internal and external stakeholders
• Supporting the development of vendor continuous improvement plans

Vendor Risk Management

• Compiles and manages vendor risk profiles and helps identify any risk mitigation strategies in accordance with Central 1 guidelines and policies
• Supporting the Director of Vendor Management and internal stakeholders with vendor segmentation assessments based on spend, risk and business materiality
• Responsible for the annual assessment and reporting of changes to vendor profiles

Vendor Relationship Management

• Aggregates internal and external vendor information to develop vendor governance and onboarding requirements
• Secondary point of contact for liaising with vendors to prepare content for the business reviews including receipt and distribution of vendor data

Reporting and Analytics

• Support the Director Vendor Management with presenting reports and analytical work as needed
• Creating dashboards and reports to share with executives and stakeholders
• Perform routine analysis of data to understand trends and observations
• Gathering of data (i.e., monthly contractual service level data, spend data, etc.) to update dashboards and reports

2- Procurement Operations (20%)

• Receiving of goods & services into Central 1’s finance tool
• Consulting with accounts payable for payments of received Invoices
• Create purchase orders within Central 1’s finance tool
• Create requisitions into Central 1’s finance tool

What You'll Have

• Advanced level of understanding of Microsoft Office Tools (e.g., Excel, Project Access)
• Demonstrated experience segmenting (analyzing and reporting) Vendor performance
• Excellent communication skills and time-management

• Experience working with visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI
