As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the timely delivery of high-quality technical solutions that drive key business strategies.  The Project Manager servant leads cross functional distributed teams through all phases of several delivery process, from discovery to launch. 
We practice a remote first working model, leveraging in-person interactions at our head office, in beautiful Vancouver, BC, for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.

What you’ll do:

• Use your toolbox of Project Management processes, design thinking, Agile and Lean practices, facilitation, and leadership skills to predictably produce high-quality initiative delivery
• Manage the budget, actively monitor risk factors and oversee the implementation and completion of projects, while ensuring that they are delivered on time and on budget
• Partner and work with stakeholders to develop the strategic delivery plan, defining the distribution of the work and the respective responsibilities
• Coach indirect reports at various levels of the organization

What we’re looking for:

• 10+ years practicing Project Management preferably in the Retail industry
• Experience with contract management and working with external 3rd parties and partners
• History of successful project delivery in an agile environment
• Strong communication skills – adapting style, depth, approach, and material to various levels of leadership
• Strong planning skills – schedules, resource allocation, issue management, tracking
