Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and cost-saving initiatives related to vendor management.

Develop and implement vendor training programs or workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of language professionals.

Manage escalation project issues and vendor performance to ensure adherence to project requirements and client expectations.

Inventory management for all collateral housed at vendor locations including managing volume to within tolerable levels

Lead in internal partner meetings with respect to inventory/collateral management, usage, reorder points and draft minutes for distribution

Provide insights and robust reporting to management team highlighting issues/trends and call out any high-risk operating deficiencies associated to inventory reconciliations

Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains software is an asset.

University degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, or related field

Ensure CTC’s New Initiative and Third Party Risk Management Framework (TPRMF) is implemented and followed

Familiar with Third Party Risk Management Framework and Governance such as OSFI B10

5+ years’ experience in project management, operations or other related field, preferably in a vertical apparel retail environment

Strong knowledge of production, raw materials and manufacturing, with experience managing vendor relationships

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.). Experience with Smartsheet and Power BI is an asset

Manage cross-functional meetings – lead conversations with cross-functional teams to gain alignment and move work forward

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, work in a high-pressure environment and deliver under tight timelines

Demonstrated experience with identifying, documenting and driving process improvements
