Reporting To The National Senior Manager Of Business Development, The Senior Manager –Vendor Management Will Be Accountable For Delivering The Strategy And Execution Of Such Functions As
  • Building business partnerships and strategic alliances with major sales partners, and communities. Actively negotiating with the sales partners, and managing the successful execution of all programs to ensure the achievement of sales and productivity targets for the province of Ontario
  • Competitive Analysis and Go to Market field strategies for Ontario
  • Prioritizing various sales tactics that will optimize agent productivity and sales quality
Key Responsibilities
  • Work with Sales Partners to ensure Bell Brand is represented as per the guidelines set by Bell
  • Provide feedback such as competitive activities, pricing, product acceptance, etc.
  • Perform Sales Partner weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews and drive sales productivity
  • Conduct minimum 2 field visits per week with Sales Partners and analyze performance improvement opportunities
  • Primary focus is to meet sales, agent participation, and activation targets and other KPIs as set by management for Sales Partners
  • Work closely with Bell Sales Partners to ensure the successful execution of all programs
  • Ensure project deadlines and deliverables are consistently met
  • Launch and manage partner programs for all Bell products within our market
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional teams on any support to improve Sale Partner productivity
Critical Qualifications
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, written, and analytical skills
  • Experienced leading a sales team that specializes in penetrating various ethnic communities
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team at the divisional and corporate level
  • Ability to perform with minimal supervision
  • Influential Leader, Relationship builder, and a strategic thinker
  • Customer Service Orientation, Teamwork, Collaboration, Adaptability, and Initiative
  • Inspirational and creative sales leader that possesses demonstrated experience driving aggressive results
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to anticipate problems, and opportunities and develop effective solutions through Data-driven decision making
Preferred Qualifications
  • Telecom sales experience would be ideal
  • Previous vendor management experience
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience with a history of over-achievement performance
  • Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
  • Skilled in solution-based or consultative-based selling techniques
  • Previous management/supervision of a sales team is an asset
