Job Title:Project Manager - Technology Solutions Delivery
:
1 year, hybrid (3 days in office, locations, North York, Brampton and Downtown)
Manage one project, not a portfolio. strong communication and collaboration skills to manage across a variety of stakeholders, as well as experience implementing a SAAS/vendor hosted solution. Experience implementing any analytics tools, data projects and customer facing solutions, that would be a great combination.
We are seeking a skilled and driven Project Manager to support the successful delivery of solutions critical to the success of our business. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing a portfolio of technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting scope requirements. You will be responsible for managing the entire delivery life cycle of our platform and application solutions, from Discovery to Solution Assessment, Development, Testing, and Delivery.
Responsibilities:
1.Lead Technical Projects: Take charge of a portfolio of technical projects, ensuring efficient delivery while promoting cross-functional collaboration and accountability among team members.
2.Process Improvement: Develop and implement processes and project artifacts aimed at increasing efficiencies within teams and enhancing ways of working.
3.Project Artefact Management: Create and maintain essential project artifacts, including project plans, roadmaps, stakeholder management plans, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs, and SteerCo (Steering Committee) updates.
4.Collaboration with Stakeholders: Partner with Technology and Business stakeholders to define business outcomes and develop effective technology solutions.
5.Agile Leadership: Lead Scrums, construct and oversee detailed delivery plans, proactively address issues and risks, and communicate project status and priorities through concise updates.
Skills and Qualifications:
•Deep Project Management Experience: Proven track record of successfully leading teams and fostering collaboration within cross-functional environments.
•Strong Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams, making informed trade-offs that balance business and technology needs.
•Agile Methodologies: Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and proficiency in using JIRA and Confluence to synchronize sprint management and streamline collaboration.
•Technical Knowledge: Working experience with data analytics, web, and mobile technologies, particularly in relation to Customer journey data, will be highly advantageous.
•Problem-solving and Process Improvement: Adept at identifying opportunities for process enhancement and implementing solutions to increase team efficiencies.
Education and Experience:
•Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
•Extensive experience as a Project Manager, especially in managing technical projects.
•Previous exposure to data analytics and web/mobile technologies is beneficial.
•PMP Certification is an asset
