Project Manager, Digital Solutions

HighTest Performance Solutions has developed multiple digital tools for several automotive brands that not only support the onboarding of new sales staff at dealerships, but are consumer-friendly, can be actively used during the customer experience, and leveraged to enhance the knowledge and professionalism of frontline staff.

HighTest is looking for a Project Manager, Digital Solutions to join our team and immerse themselves in our suite of digital tools. Once you have achieved an understanding of the design architecture of the current tools, you will support a variety of ongoing digital projects and manage several activities, including:

Customer / Help Desk Support

·Oversight of daily support tickets.Will be required to create & respond as well.

·Maintain functionality of help desk software and customize software to meet the needs of current and future digital tools

·Respond to client system issues, resolve with development teams as needed

·Manage a log of all requests and resolutions

Database / Network Administration

·Work with partners on maintaining accuracy and functionality of digital tool databases

·Adjust data records as required to maintain functionality and align customer data

·Troubleshoot reporting errors and investigate data inconsistencies by pulling and verifying data

·Work with partners to help ensure integrity of system and peak performance of servers and systems

·Manage HighTest license and account administration to ensure product licences and account credentials are up to date and renewed when required:

oSSL Certificates, Domain URLs, Video Hosting Service (Vimeo, etc.), Email marketing services (Mailchimp, Constant Contact), Username / Password credentials for all services

Content Management & Review

·Content entry and upload into tools, including model year product content updates, updates to videos, accessories, resources menu, etc.

·Ensure final file record integrity through testing and proofing for accuracy

Reporting / Analytics

·Create client facing reports from analytics generated by digital tools

·Identify trends and opportunities to improve functionality and work with partners to suggest system improvements

Project Management

·Planning, managing and delivery of individual project components and deliverables which feed into overall project scope

·Attend and participate in internal and client facing status meetings, supporting project updates

Proficiency in the following is ideal:

·Web Application Development Fundamentals (Do not need to know how to code but understand the logic behind it)

·Web architecture (Basic concepts of how web applications relate to DNS, databases, browsers, Caching)

·Basic Data Knowledge

·MS Office Suite (Excel - vlookup, pivot tables, sums and formulae, Word, PowerPoint)

·Programming Logic (Pertaining to value calculations)

·Google Analytics

·Adobe Acrobat

·Email marketing services - Constant Contact, Mail Chimp

·Video Hosting services – Vimeo, YouTube

·Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet

·Project Management Software

Other important skills and qualifications:

·Skilled at managing multiple deliverables and timelines, including using processes to keep a running list of agreed system updates / changes

·Extremely detail oriented, organized, with an ability to prioritize and make decisions

·Persistent and analytical - Willing to spend time figuring out issues and analyzing results

·Use communication to share ideas and give articulate & clear instructions

·Fluent in English, fluency in French or Spanish an asset

·Fun, enthusiastic, team-player
