Created initially as a provider of WSIB Specialty program services in 1998, insight health solutions, fully part of THP, is a provider of third party assessment, rehabilitation and disability management services. We have grown over 25 years to be a leading provider of third party clinical services in southern and central Ontario to a broad spectrum of customers and clients. Structurally sitting under THP Solutions, insight health solutions works closely with other innovative, entrepreneurial and evidence-informed groups and programs to meet our customer and client needs.

Insight health solutions is seeking an energetic part-time Project Manager (approx. 3 days per week) to join us in leading projects internally and externally that support our continued growth and quality focus. Reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with the clinical and business managers this position will lead exciting, transformative initiatives across the program, designed to achieve the goals identified in the hospital’s strategic plan and insight’s business plan. The ideal candidate exemplifies a commitment to our vision, mission and values and demonstrates dedication to a patient-centered approach to delivering high quality care and excellent customer service.


Accountabilities:


  • Participate in the creation and delivery of innovative presentations and proposals;
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of project deliverables
  • Provide business architecture and modeling, working with insight’s leadership team, identifying gap analyses and developing transition plans to support growth;
  • Monitor and report on progress, problems and solutions of the project to all stakeholders and escalate issues as appropriate;
  • Manage multiple projects that incorporate organizational change management strategies/plans and service redesign using a structured methodology
  • Oversee all elements of project approach and plan development, as well as implementing all necessary processes and practices to ensure insight is delivering project objectives;
  • Assist with contract development working with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the team through all phases of the project life cycle;


Qualifications:


  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks effectively and think strategically
  • Demonstrated effectiveness at leading and working with teams through previous successful projects
  • Training and experience in LEAN/Six Sigma (minimum yellow-belt or equivalent)- preferred
  • Commitment to Quality and Best Practice principles
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated success and experience planning, facilitating and implementing strategic initiatives
  • Contract development expertise - preferred
  • Superior writing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to multi task and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent organizational, time management and project management skills
  • Facilitation of productive meetings with action plans and follow-up
  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of initiative, discretion and tact
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) designation an asset
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite - required
  • Post-secondary degree in Health Administration, Business, or relevant discipline combined with progressively responsible leadership and project management experience in a dynamic, complex work environment ideally with healthcare experience
  • Change-management skills
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills and ability to successfully influence and build relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to develop effective and comprehensive reports and presentations for various audiences, including executives, administrators and clinicians
