Responsibilities

• The Project Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional teams towards the

implementation of Merchandise and Marketplace solutions.

• You will work closely with internal stakeholders such as the Product Manager, business

stakeholders, international product teams and PMO.

• The Project Manager is accountable for the overall delivery of the project plan and will work

with various levels of the organization to ensure timelines are met, risks are mitigated, and the
overall success and customer satisfaction of the project.

• Lead the planning and coordination of assigned projects from Project Initiation to Project Close

Use critical thinking skills to anticipate and manage potential risks that will arise.

• Communicate these to the stakeholders on a regular basis and ensure decisions are made

quickly and effectively.

• Work in conjunction with team members and stakeholders to manage changes to technical and

business requirements, scope, and schedule of the project.

• Prepare and submit a weekly project status dashboard report.
• Successfully work across all company departments to coordinate and communicate with various

groups and key players.

• Oversee management of portfolio roadmap and scope definition of each feature, including

alignment and coordination across working groups.

• Create project plans and project schedules; provide project management leadership from

inception through deployment.

• Track all project budgets and ensure that they are up to date and properly forecasted for

upcoming months Manages costs, schedules, and quality by overseeing project deliverables.

• Support the integration of talent marketplace throughout our associate lifecycle Drive relevant

stakeholder meetings and provide status updates for meetings such as management review,
project review and resolution meetings.
Qualifications

• 4 + years of project management experience. Experience working in retail & health (Pharmacy
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or other related fields.
