This Is What You Will Do
The Senior Manager, Global Clinical Solutions (GSC) supports the delivery of services and technology to the business stakeholders to ensure that business needs are effectively translated into system requirements and benefits are understood. The individual is accountable for managing the delivery of operational process, technology and services that meet customer needs and enable optimal end-to-end delivery of clinical studies
You Will Be Responsible For

• Providing ongoing customer support for the operational procedures, technology and services within the allocated area, and for ensuring compliance with applicable industry regulations and corporate policy
• Providing expert support to stakeholders to integrate process, tools, and technology into complex workflows
• Supporting an agile, value-focused culture, and providing strategic direction into technical projects sought at improving data integrity and end-user experience
• Serving as EDC implementation lead
• Using technical, creative problem-solving and good development practice skills to achieve successful outcomes
• Monitoring key performance indicators to evaluate the overall performance of the operational processes/procedures, technology, and services within the allocated area and across the end-to-end clinical development value chain
• Providing technical expertise and recommendations from study concept through study closure

You Will Need To Have

• Ability to interpret and communicate technical information into business language
• The duties of this role are generally conducted in an office environment. As is typical of an office-based role, employees must be able, with or without an accommodation to: use a computer; engage in communications via phone, video, and electronic messaging; engage in problem solving and non-linear thought , analysis, and dialogue; collaborate with others; maintain general availability during standard business hours
• Effective verbal and written communication, influencing, and partnering skills
• Experience with data integrations and building system pipelines
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience working with clinical trial technologies

We Would Prefer For You To Have

• Experience of agile working practices and a good understanding of project management techniques and methods
• Knowledge of the end-to-end clinical trial process
• Experience of working in a global organisation with complex/ geographical context
• Knowledge of emerging, innovative technologies in clinical trial management
