We are seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Manager to oversee the overall operations of a successful start-up private medical practice office!
- Performance-based bonuses up to $40,000 AND the potential for future profit sharing
- 14 days Paid Time Off (eligible after 90 days)
- 6 Month Performance review to evaluate progress and potential for additional benefits, including Supplemental Health Plan stipends
- Salary up to CAD $110,000
Clinical Operations Manager – The Role:
The Operations Manager will help grow the startup private medical practice and will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, including marketing, sales outreach, HR (hiring, training & staff management), legal compliance & financial management.
Experience in Private Healthcare Sector or related industries preferred highly preferred, though if you have demonstrated experience growing sales and revenue in a similar startup-type environment, we want to speak with you! Opportunity for Director of Operations title as the practice expands.
Key Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Business Operations Management including human resources & finance.
2+ years of demonstrated revenue growth in a startup environment
1+ years of marketing cycle experience
1+ years of customer sale cycle management and experience
2+ years of experience in the private medical practice preferred OR experience in an operations role within a private luxury/plastic surgery/aesthetics industry including spas, skin care clinics, dental cosmetics, etc

Clinical Operations Manager Responsibilities
- Ensure legal obligations are always met as well as maintain best practices for record retention and document control.
- Oversee all patient-facing policies and procedures, including patient education strategies, service recovery, retention metrics, and managing the recall process.
- Manage and oversee the business affairs and operation of the practice, including all facility management, tech support needs, equipment, utilities, and lease upkeep.
- Work with the Clinical Director to refine processes and practice policy.
- Manage the practice’s finances, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, cash management, and payroll.
- Other managerial duties as assigned.
- Report and track sales to refine marketing strategies and sales metrics.
- Contribute to marketing efforts, including participating in marketing events, networking with other businesses, and keeping social media accounts up to date.
- Lead staff through daily huddles and weekly or quarterly training meetings.
- Oversee the management inventory of office and medical supplies.
- Developing financial strategies and action plans through forecasting and analytics, and produce financial reports for payments, budgeting, etc.
- Manage administrative, marketing, sales and medical staff and provide HR support, including setting KPIs, staff development, and training.
- Establishing & implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the practice, including staff hiring, onboarding, training & retention, payroll, and all others.
About You
- 5+ years of proven success in managing complex human resources, finance, or operational departments; including strategic planning in organizational growth in business development
- You are comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google suite, Mac OS, peripherals
- You are familiar with Payroll/HRIS systems, Benefit/Retirement Plan platform integration systems
