· 7-10 years within the pharmaceutical industry, including managerial responsibilities.

Assessing any necessary complimentary studies for registration in the case of incremental innovative products.

Evaluating the feasibility of registering potential new indications based on ongoing studies.

Nurse Practitioner, with applicable clinical Senior Care experience

Support Sales and Customer teams to ensure value-focused sales cycles and outcome-oriented customer engagement.

3-5 years of relevant Operations Management experience required.

Exceptional project management and leadership skills in a cross-functional matrix team environment.

Undergraduate degree in Business Management, Business Administration or related fields required; M.B.A preferred.

Calm and competent approach to line management

Knowledge of all aspects of the contracting process, including status of legal language, budget updates, financial terms, etc.

Bachelors degree, or equivalent experience ideally in a business, scientific or healthcare discipline

10 or more years proposal and contract development experience within a CRO or equivalent relevant experience and/or demonstrated competencies.

Previous supervisory experience is preferred.

Master knowledge of industry standards relating to proposal development, and contracts including budgeting, document language processes for creation etc.
