3-5 years of relevant Operations Management experience required.

Undergraduate degree in Business Management, Business Administration or related fields required; M.B.A preferred.

Manage suppliers and be the main point of contact.

Promote and manage a corporate culture of accountability and ownership.

Effective leadership skills, with a strong focus on operations and business processes.

Knowledge of department management processes under collective agreements.

5+ years of experience in Business Operations Management including human resources & finance.

Manage the practice’s finances, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, cash management, and payroll.

1+ years of customer sale cycle management and experience

Oversee the management inventory of office and medical supplies.

6 Month Performance review to evaluate progress and potential for additional benefits, including Supplemental Health Plan stipends

Manage administrative, marketing, sales and medical staff and provide HR support, including setting KPIs, staff development, and training.

Collaborates with cross-functional (Legal, Finance, FP&A, Clinical Operations, Data Management) departments on activities relating to vendors and business partners

Working knowledge of clinical trial functions, including clinical operations, data management, biostatistics, regulatory and drug safety

Strong time and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Utilizes insight from data analytics and tracking tools to support vendor performance management and cost-savings initiatives

Works with vendors for to proactively manage risk, resolve issues and address questions

May manage/supervise and contribute to the training and professional development of staff

Demonstrated leadership experience (at least 3 years) in a healthcare setting

Basic Life Support certification required

Demonstrate effective communication skills that promote collaborative teamwork and enhance partnerships among health professionals.

The Senior Manager Clinical Operations -After Hours

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred

Member in good standing with their relevant Professional Regulatory Body (i.e. College of Nurses of Ontario etc.).
