Vivacity Medical Centre is a growing luxury medical aesthetic center, with our flagship location based in Port Credit, Mississauga, offering a full spectrum of aesthetic, sexual health, and proactive-aging treatments.


Position Overview


We're seeking a dynamic, proactive, and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our multi-clinic locations. The ideal candidate will encompass a blend of creativity and initiative, capable of both independent and collaborative work. An understanding of luxury hospitality and medical administration is crucial. The ideal candidate will be strategic, optimizing clinic resources and driving efficiency, all while maintaining the high standards of service our clientele expects in medical aesthetics.


Responsibilities


Multi-Clinic Management:

• Oversee the daily operations of multi-clinic locations, ensuring smooth functioning and maintaining high service standards.

• Develop, implement, and monitor effective operational systems and processes to enhance efficiency and improve the patient experience.

• Ensure compliance with relevant medical industry regulations and standards.

• Serve as a key support role for all departments, fostering seamless operations across the clinics. This involves active communication among all departments.

• Showcase a deadline-oriented mindset, ensuring all tasks, projects, and goals are met on time, every time.

• Take on a proactive role in facilitating communications, orchestrating initiatives, and coordinating efforts to enhance overall productivity and efficiency.

• Apply exceptional organizational skills to streamline procedures and workflows, ensuring optimal clinic functionality.


Client Care Staff Management:

• Create CCS staff schedules

• Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment and promoting professional development that aligns with our mission and values.

• Ensure exceptional white-gloved, above-and-beyond client service, promptly resolving patient concerns and maintaining high levels of patient satisfaction.

• Implement strategies to enhance patient experience, such as personalized care plans and follow-up procedures.


Qualifications and Skills


• Minimum five years of experience in operations management in a clinical or aesthetics setting.

• Exceptional organizational skills, strategic thinking abilities, and creative problem-solving.

• Familiarity with GSuite, Asana, Jane App, Oscar, EMR, and Canva.

• Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.

• Understanding of medical procedures and protocols

- Experience in luxury experience.

• Fluency in English.
