A DAY IN THE LIFE…

You'll play a crucial role in providing technical and functional support for our digital livestock applications in North America. Your expertise will ensure a seamless user experience for our clients as we expand our application portfolio.

• Work with the DevOps team on application improvements, bug fixes, and testing.
• Maintain documentation of technical solutions, troubleshooting procedures, and FAQs.
• Stay updated with industry trends to enhance product knowledge and contribute to the product pipeline.
• Collaborate with the Support team to resolve issues and address user questions. Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams for timely resolution.
• Communicate professionally with application users, gathering feedback for improvements. Conduct training sessions for new users and foster a user community for knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with Directors of Technology Application on feature enhancements and training.

• Excellent multitasking and time management skills in a dynamic work environment.
• MSc in Animal Science, Agricultural Science, Animal Biology, or related fields.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with CRM systems and ticketing tools is advantageous.
• Experience with animal models or precision farming software is a plus.
• Proficiency in English; French language skills are an asset.
