Business Analyst - Project Manager, Digital Workspace – Permanent Role On behalf of our client in the Automotive Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Business Analyst - Project Manager, Digital Workspace.
Business Analyst - Project Manager, Digital Workspace –

• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Define roles and responsibilities of the team and determine clear deliverables
• Develop functional specifications, wireframes, and user stories to effectively communicate solution designs to development teams
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure compliance and successful implementation of digital workspace technologies.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Develop a detail project plan to track progress and maintain project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, compliance deliverables and budgets
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to digital workspace initiatives
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of the digital workspace solutions and make continuous improvements
• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing workflows and processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend digital workspace solutions
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management, including status reports, risk assessments, and recommendations for adjustments
• Hold regular standup/scrum meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
• Coordinate and lead project teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and adherence to project milestones.
• Support end-users through training, documentation, and communication to facilitate successful implementation and utilization of digital workspace technologies
• Identify change impacts and develop change management plans to ensure smooth adoption and transition to digital workspace solutions
• Create test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing alongside stakeholders to ensure solutions meet expectations

Business Analyst - Project Manager, Digital Workspace – Mandatory Skills

• Proficient in requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design
• Knowledge and experience with cloud-based Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, file sharing and collaboration solutions
• 3-5 years of Business Analyst or Project Manager experience, preferably in digital workspace projects
• Strong understanding of digital workspace technologies
• Strong organization, analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or relative experience
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Business Analyst - Project Manager, Digital Workspace - Preferred Skills

• PMP, CBAP, CSM or other relevant certifications are preferred
