Job Type: Full time

Position Summary
As a Project Analyst in our Customer Support division you will be an integral part of our support team, which works tirelessly to ensure that the identification systems we have deployed to customers worldwide are managed and supported as efficiently as possible. In this role, you will help us track how well we are doing and identify areas where we can improve

What You Will Do
- Gathering and reviewing financial data to assess and report on the performance of our projects and service level agreements.
- Generating and publishing our monthly Service Management Reports and performing a trend analysis of this data to illustrate how our service management team is performing.
- Reviewing the trend analysis reports to identify areas for improvement, providing these suggestions the Director for consideration.
- Maintain contracts with sub-contractors, and vendors in North America
- P roviding administrative support to the Director and other managers in the department.
- Interacting with support team members on a regular basis to ensure the information required to manage our reporting is submitted on a timely manner.
Minimum Qualifications
Knowledge and Experience
- Reading budgetary information
- Proficient with the complete Microsoft Office Suite
- Reporting Data and Analysis
- Utilizing Power BI
Skills and Abilities
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- High degree of tenacity and persistence with a dead-line driven mindset
- Love numbers and data
- Team oriented
- Detail oriented
Mandatory Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain Government of Canada Secret (Level II) clearance.
