Our Low-Rise Division is Hiring a Project Coordinator at our Canals Community in Welland, ON

Reporting to the Site Superintendent, the Low-Rise Project Coordinator works closely with the site construction teams throughout the entire construction process. This role is diverse in that you will be involved at various stages throughout the construction process to facilitate and coordinate with the site team and trades teams to ensure the main components of the construction process are at satisfactory levels prior to inspection.

What you’ll be doing:

• Coordinate construction activities such as gas, plumbing systems, and ensuring electrical infrastructures are completed
• Document management and reporting on various process related activities such as quality assurance, PDI, and contact with homeowners
• Tracking throughout the projects to ensure all construction production is functioning properly to the standard levels to pass inspection requirements

What you’ll bring:

• Post-secondary diploma/degree in Construction, Engineering, Administration, or related field
• 1+ years' experience in administrative roles, residential construction industry preferred
• Knowledge of Ontario Building Code, Occupational Health &Safety Act, and Safety regulations
