Summary
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the planning, scheduling, monitoring and delivery oversight of all community related programs, projects, and initiatives. Reporting to the QA/Program Delivery Manager, they will collaborate cross functionally and be the internal integrator of all community projects ensuring that all services, programs, projects, and contracts are delivered exceptionally well and within scope, timeline, and budget.
The purpose of the position is to ensure that all aspects of Anderson Therapy’s community programs and projects are well planned and scheduled, delivered within a scope and budget and adequately resourced with the right clinical complement.
The position demands a highly analytical and organized individual who can work effectively on their own and is highly skilled at project management. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, results-driven and a team player who will work collaboratively across ATS.
Essential Responsibilities
- Develop a dashboard to track the status of all ongoing projects and report regularly to leadership on project related metrics
- Establish feasible project plans that achieve the desired goals and objectives and aligns with ATS’s signed contracts, allocating the required resources based on team capacity and overall project timeline
- Participate in special projects as required, accounting for other organizational priorities.
- Own the Community scheduling process, working closely with the Clinical Director and Community Navigators to ensure that all clinical commitments are properly mapped out and scheduled well in advance and updated as required.
- Review resourcing requirements on all new and renewed contracts and forecast resourcing requirements, allowing adequate time for the clinical team to staff up and resource accordingly
- Plan, schedule and coordinate the delivery of all community projects and initiatives providing full project oversight.
Qualifications
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Experience in a community service, a not-for-profit organization, or related field preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and G Suite applications
- Undergraduate degree or college diploma in business or related discipline (PMP, CAPM etc.)
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Minimum 3 years of project coordination or management experience
- Experience in working directly with clients and social service providers is an asset
