The Project Quotation Analyst, Professional Services is responsible for supporting activities involved with proposing solutions, costing, and developing service proposals for all Doxim industry verticals. The role requires a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong communication capabilities, coordination, and time management skills, and the ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will utilize and liaise a combination of customer and Doxim services to achieve quotation/proposal with sales objectives for solutions to customers. Key responsibilities include developing accurate Statement of Work and development of professional quotations using sound business and technical judgment in alignment with customer policies, modules, and field strategies.

You will:

• Schedule or support RFP/ RFQ meetings as required, and review solutions to be delivered
• Manage the proposal document, including planning, organizing, driving, and directing content for all Professional Services workstreams
• Draft proposals with keen attention to detail, proofread and edit proposal content and value propositions
• Review proposals for format quality, accuracy, consistency, and conformance to our firm’s branding policies and standards
• Split time between project quotation and project coordination
• Conform to proposal delivery expectations and promote continuous improvement ideas for on-time delivery
• Research and develop solutions with technical teams relevant to the proposal
• Review pricing contracts and ensure the repository (SalesForce/ SharePoint) is updated with the correct data
• Act as Project Coordinator for customer-facing and internal projects
• Support meetings, and deliverables
• Communicate concepts and proposed solutions through diagrams, flowcharts, presentations, and technical documentation
• Working closely with the Sales, Solutions, and Product teams, detailing the project (client and internal) scope of work, and compile cost and price models for proposed solutions
• Follow opportunities through the sales process and keep records of customer interactions using a Customer Relationship Management system (SalesForce)

• Proven ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment while facing competing priorities and strict deadlines
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, with attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Remote work / independent / self-motivator

Great to have:

• Project Management and/or Business Analysis experience is an asset
• An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively and prioritize activities as part of a team, and stay focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Experience in customer service and thought leadership along with a dynamic and proactive attitude
