We are looking for a project coordinator that can direct, communicate, and ensure the team stays on track. The project coordinator will report to the Project Manager and General Manager and will be responsible for coordinating engineering, procurement, and production work. This role will require continuous communication with all project team members and will be responsible for identifying, planning, and implementing various scopes of work.

Hours of work: 8 am - 5 pm, Monday – Thursday, and 8am – 12 pm on Fridays

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager with administrative functions and processes.
• Communicate plans, actions, and possible issues with ongoing projects.
• Resolve any issues that may arise during the project.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the length of the project.
• Manage day-to-day activities for the Project Management team.
• Analyze project data and produce progress reports.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
• Ensure the project team adheres to provided timelines and deliverables.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a project coordinator
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and timelines
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Experience with the Odoo ERP system is an asset.
• Ability to organize priorities based on deadlines
• Understanding of Gantt chart/milestones.
• Excellent time management skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Access is a plus.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required.
