Job Description

Percon Construction Inc. is a highly respected General Contractor, Construction Manager and Design-Build firm in Southern Ontario. We specialize in mid to large-size industrial, commercial and institutional build projects across a range of sectors.

There is an opportunity to join our team as a Project Coordinator.

The position is full-time / permanent.


Responsibilities include:

  • Liase with owners, consultants and subcontractors;
  • Any other task or issue as it relates to each project;
  • Preparing construction schedules, shop drawing schedules and quotes on extras to contract;
  • Resolving issues as they may arise;
  • Facilitating Project Managers and Superintendents throughout construction;
  • Planning, scheduling and coordinating;


Education and Experience:

  • Construction related degree or diploma;
  • Valid Ontario ‘G’ Driver’s License;
  • Related experience (preferably in ICI construction) considered an asset;

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize work and handle multiple projects at one time;

  • Ability to work under pressure and time constraints;
