Job Description

Myticas Consulting is currently on the hunt for a Microsoft Projects Guru who can juggle multiple projects like a pro, supporting our talented Project Managers and Directors. If you are a master of Microsoft products and have the knack to streamline project tracking and management, we want to hear from you!


About the Role

In this role, you will ping your expertise in Microsoft Products, especially Microsoft Project, to support our project managers and deliver on our ambitious initiatives. Your ability to draft effective project plans, leverage early warning systems, and resource management will be crucial to your success. Your contributions will facilitate better communication, enhance our project tracking processes, and ensure the successful implementation of our action plans. You will also have the exciting opportunity to support the administration and delivery of various programs and projects.


Responsibilities

  • Provide effective change management and documentation of change orders.
  • Support other project managers and Directors with project coordination.
  • Assist in managing multiple, competing projects simultaneously.
  • Leverage your Microsoft Projects prowess to create Master Templates, Gantt Charts, and Look-Ahead reports.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of project management or project coordination experience.
  • A high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Projects and other Microsoft Products.
  • Eligible for an Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance.
  • Experience in health research, knowledge translation, and project management would be a plus.
