Project Scheduler/Coordinator Jobs

and Expectations:

As requested please see below the outline of the scheduler's required for the project at Ford's Oakville Assembly Complex.

*Master scheduler that will update and merge contractors schedules into a master schedule using Microsoft Project.

*It is for work at the Ford Oakville Assembly Facility regarding the facility's conversion to building electric vehicles.

*Person will work directly with contractors 8-10 hours per day with no weekends at the start however as we

get closer to milestone dates may need some weekends.

*Person can work at your office probably for the first 4 or 5 months however after that will have to work mostly at Ford's facility in Oakville.

*Person will need excellent communication skills and will need to take part in meetings representing project scheduling aspects.

*Will be responsible to give updates to Ford upper management citing any scheduling concerns so that milestone dates can be met.

*Will need a good understanding of the construction industry especially how it applies to the automotive industry
