The Position:

With many exciting projects in-progress and in the pipeline, the CSI team has identified a need for a growing skillset on the team to enable this work.

The role will report into the Manager of CSI Projects and External Partnerships and will support key transformational initiatives within the CSI portfolio.

The role will include providing project support throughout project life cycles and work cross-functionally with internal and external partners. This position will work closely with other project team members and as such the Senior Project Analyst should have strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.

Here’s what you will get to do:

• Set and manage stakeholder expectations and establish and maintain a consultative relationship with internal clients
• Implement effective change request process and control project scope
• Continuously monitoring of project progress through tracking project milestones, budget, risks and issues and making necessary adjustments to deliver agreed project scope within the planned budget, schedule, and with a high level of quality
• Provide timely and accurate reporting as required
• Assist in developing and managing; project scope, deliverables, budgets, accountabilities, schedules, timelines, resources, monitoring, and post project audit/evaluation
• Application of disciplined and consistent project management methodology throughout the lifecycle of the project
• Liaise with other IT projects and IT PMO resources to ensure alignment
• Ensure creation of project deliverables with appropriate review and approvals
• Successfully plan, implement and deliver work packages on time, on budget and within scope
• Oversee and guide stakeholders through change according to impact on people, process and technology

Here’s what you need to have:

• PMP certification is an asset
• Excellent presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Positive friendly manner and customer service approach that will enable you to deal with challenging situations with integrity, empathy and sincerity
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to efficiently handle several tasks simultaneously
• Strong analytical capabilities, strategic thinking and business acumen
• Strong familiarity with related management software, such as MS Project, Visio, MS Office
• Location:
• Healthcare experience and/or experience working with an HIS is required
• Ability to work under pressure with changing priorities in a complex environment
• Experience and understanding of how to effectively manage change, integration and improvement projects
• Ability to articulate analytical results and tell a story
• Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
• University degree or College diploma or equivalent experience
• 3+ years direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution
• Demonstrated experience in team and resource management

We offer employees, in roles that are conducive to remote work, the flexibility and the right mix of remote and in-office work (approximately 80/20). Acknowledging that the primary works space will be remote work from home, but there will be times when onsite presence is appropriate just as there will be times when onsite presence may not be possible.

The expectation is that remote work locations, as part of the Flex First program, will be in the employee’s place of residence and adhere to all THP policies and procedures, with special consideration towards privacy. Since employees should be available to return to the workplace with 24 hours’ notice, remote work outside of the province or country is not acceptable.
