7-9 years of job related experience.

Advanced experience in creating/supporting standard templates in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio etc.

Knowledge of software configuration approaches and best practices to workflow design.

Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.

3+ years direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution

Demonstrated experience in team and resource management

Application of disciplined and consistent project management methodology throughout the lifecycle of the project

Experience and understanding of how to effectively manage change, integration and improvement projects

Strong familiarity with related management software, such as MS Project, Visio, MS Office

Assist in developing and managing; project scope, deliverables, budgets, accountabilities, schedules, timelines, resources, monitoring, and post project audit/evaluation

5+ years of experience as a Project Analyst

2 years of experience in healthcare with a focus on IT systems and operational support

Knowledge of general workflows in a hospital environment is an asset

Internal/external stakeholder provider and clinician engagement experience

Strong problem solving, analytical, organization, and interpersonal skills

Strong written and verbal communication, documentation and facilitation skills

Develops and/or maintains technical and user documentation requirements in a highly complex technical environment

5+ years of experience as a Project Analyst

Experience working on large health care integration initiatives/projects

Demonstrated internal/external stakeholder provider and clinician engagement experience

Strong problem solving, analytical, organization, and interpersonal skills and an ability to make effective decisions under pressure

Strong written and verbal communication, documentation and facilitation skills

5+ years of experience as a Project Analyst
