SCOPE

Reporting to the Experience Transformation Technical Lead,the Project Manager (“PM”) is mainly responsible for the effective, high-quality execution and delivery of projects. The Project Manager plans, executes, and delivers projects on time within budget and scope in accordance with business priorities. Throughout the lifecycle of each project, the project manager oversees all aspects of projects (i.e. budget, schedule, scope, issues and risks), sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities and prepares reports regarding status of project.

DUTIES

• Ensure appropriate management of stakeholders throughout the project
• Prepare reports regarding status of project
• Manage all aspects of project management from discovery through delivery implementation and stabilization:
• Manages risks and resolves issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality
• Manage work packages and change requests
• Lead or play a key role to drive coordination between the business stream and the delivery stream
• Collaborate with the IT PMO to ensure compliance with project standards, processes, tools and methodology
• Ensure all groups are being provided with timely and accurate project information
• Create and manage project plans, charters, schedules, budgets, quality, communication, resource and risk management plans
• Analyze and make decisions on projects, considering project benefits, scope, cost, schedule, and quality
• Ensure global project reporting requirements are delivered to the Planning & Intake team in collaboration with the Project Management Office (“PMO”) such as the reporting of project status of actions, issues, risks
• Provide the direction required to meet the project objectives and commitments
• Oversee integration of the agile or waterfall team’s deliverables with the project at large, as well as how deliverables may have touchpoints in related sub-domains
• Responsible for Technical Team budget and monthly forecasts
• Work with the Program Tech Lead and System Integration Architect to ensure compliance with engagement processes and business partner requirements
• Act as prime liaison between the companyies and Third Party organizations on project related issues or inquiries

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

Must Have:

• Financial Management: strong understanding of key concepts of financial processes such as budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, ROI development etc. – 5+ years
• Project Management: experienced in managing projects/programs; comprehensive knowledge of project/program management methodologies and tools, including Agile methodologies – 5+ years
• Delivery methodology: knowledge and experience in agile / scrum / iterative Development and waterfall – 5+ years
• Experience managing large, complex investment budgets – 5+ years

Nice to have:

• Familiar working in IT projects
• PMP certification or Scrum master certification or equivalent
