Responsibilities:

·Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation by leveraging your expertise in business analysis.

·Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project objectives, and ensure alignment between business needs and technology initiatives.

·Translate business requirements into comprehensive use cases that serve as a guide for technology strategies and development.

·Utilize your expertise in service design to facilitate workshops and engage business stakeholders in collaborative problem-solving sessions.

·Prepare and present clear and concise leadership documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations.

·Assist in evaluating and selecting technology solutions that align with business goals and strategies.

·Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, UX/UI, and project management, to ensure the successful implementation of projects.

Qualifications:

·Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

·Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a large organization, preferably with exposure to diverse business units and stakeholders.

·Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes and systems.

·Proficient in translating business requirements into functional specifications and use cases.

·Experience in service design methodologies and facilitating workshops to drive collaboration and consensus among business stakeholders.

·Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to various audiences.

·Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, coupled with a detail-oriented approach.

·Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

·Familiarity with technology trends and a keen interest in keeping up-to-date with advancements in the field.
