THE OPPORTUNITY
Requirements
As a Global Digital Solutions Business Process Analyst in Global Quality, you are responsible for the strategic approach to collecting, documenting, visualizing, and managing business processes, user workflows, requirements, and test cases, as it reflects current and desired states. In this role, you will partner closely with global business team members and developers to understand the end-user perspective and bridge business with technical. You will influence the alignment of defined processes and workflows with product applications to effectively translate business functions and needs into technical requirements to continuously improve business outcomes. You will also challenge, where necessary, global business team members and dig into the details of business processes to provide step-by-step, detailed business requirements documents. In addition, you will also be responsible for developing training documents by gaining an understanding of the function and workflow of the future state system and by documenting demo sessions provided by vendor(s) or developer(s). You may also be required to lead “Train the Trainer” sessions.
What you’ll be working on
Core Responsibilities
  • Drive prioritization of business requirements aligned with business and customer experience priorities.
  • Design and implement training materials and curricula, including PowerPoint documents, Word documents, step by step guides, and short simulations for new software products. Create other materials as requested.
  • Create and maintain business requirements and test scenario artifacts, coordinating with business SMEs and project team to organize and ensure alignment across the organization.
  • Articulate business requirements to technical resources, while providing guidance and direction on solutions.
  • Lead documentation of key objectives and what’s in scope verses out of scope, while mitigating misunderstandings between business and technical teams, bringing clarity to both sides.
  • Assist with formatting and finalizing software documentation including work instructions, job-aides, and technical specification.
  • Capture testing scenarios and create test cases in conjunction with business stakeholders.
  • Research solutions through stakeholder interviews, research, surveys, and feedback.
  • Perform train the trainer and demonstration sessions for solutions. Assist with coordinating end-user training schedules when needed, to support local trainers.
  • Work with developers and project managers to identify training needs and deliver materials on time.
  • Author user stories or requirements documents to inform software development.
  • Define and design process flow diagrams, logical data design, and database schemas for relational databases.
  • Gather feedback for new requirements or enhancements through analysis of tickets and direct stakeholder feedback.
Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Business Analysis, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Management, or similar discipline
  • An approachable and collaborative disposition that embraces continuous improvement.
  • 5+ years of experience conducting business analysis, developing test scenarios and test cases; understand strategic inputs and translating them into functional and technical requirements to build omni-channel digital solutions
  • 3 – 5 Years of training and/or instructional design for digital software
  • Ability to materialize concepts into functional operational working models.
  • Must be proficient in Word, Power Point, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft PowerPoint, and software recording tools for training.
  • Ability to operate autonomously using effective business process analysis & improvement models.
  • A strong and functional working knowledge of artifacts that are central to effective Business Analysis: various analyst methodologies & tools; collaboration tools; visualization tools.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with astute attention to detail
  • Exceptional multitasking capabilities while adapting to changing priorities.
  • Ability to analyze problems, understand nuances, & generate solutions creatively & technically.
  • Ability to communicate and interact with internal and external stakeholders in a consistent, professional, and courteous manner in both verbal and written form.
