Lead Business Process Analyst Jobs

Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience.

Facilitates discussions and follows a structured approach to plan, elicit, analyze, document, communicate and manage requirements with stakeholders.

Manages complexity across business value, technology, and interaction models.

Works with project stakeholders to validate their requirements and analysis models via techniques such as reviews and walkthroughs.

Ensures system specifications meet expectations/requirements, and negotiates solutions.

Operational knowledge in business application systems, and experience in supply chain/transportation industry is preferred (LTL/TL, Intermodal/Rail, Drayage, Trans Load, etc.).

Working closely with operational teams and end-users, analyze various business requirements and create detailed and efficient process maps.

5+ years experience analyzing, mapping, documenting, and improving complex business processes.

Experience with MS Visio or similar process mapping software.

Prepare detailed documents such as standard operating procedures (SOP’s) for both operational and administrative functions throughout the corporation.

Analyze process efficiencies and identify areas of inefficiencies.

Proactive and responsive, with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, time management and multitasking abilities; and

Experience with material management and supply chain logistics would be an asset; and

Investigation, analysis and validation of business processes related to materiel acquisition, configuration management, maintenance, supply and logistics, etc.;

Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates that have the ability to perform the objectives above.

Experience with processes managed through an ERP system - experience with SAP would be an asset;

Investigation and validation of requirements, in support of business process analysis;

7. Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in business process management and analysis.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

2. **ERP Expertise:** Hands-on experience with advanced ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.

7. **Continuous Improvement:** Knowledge of methodologies like Six Sigma or Lean.

- 3-4 years of professional experience in BPM, BPR, and process auditing.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and address complex process challenges.

Comprehensive knowledge of Change Management and Process Improvement principles

Certification in Business Analysis and/or project delivery experience as a Business Analyst

A bachelors degree in industrial engineering, business management, IT, management of information systems

Knowledge and experience with ServiceNow

Project/Product knowledge and experience within the telecom industry

Ensure detailed documentation of business requirements and operational methods

High proficiency with SQL and database management

Efficiently lead the conversation, and gather requirements from Business, understand the concerns, identify the risk, and communicate it in timely fashion.

Ensure document the application system by following multiple cross functional requirements (e.g., Security, Quality, cross-functional Business, Legal)

Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability.

At least 3 years of domain knowledge in Communication and Media processes

Five or more years of experience in analytics and systems development

Lean Six Sigma certification or other continuous improvement or process management certification or knowledge desired.

Experience in Agile methodologies including project management, iterative design, build and delivery.

Define the impact metrics and success criteria to measure business processes driving business capabilities and certain value streams/lifecycles.

Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience

Significant previous experience as a business process analyst/specialistwithprogressive success in multiple environments and/or programs

Must include experience with complex cross-functional enterprise-level projects,value,with digital transformation projects a significant plus.

Experience with project management, quality assurance and change management is highly desirable

Utilize Visio to map out business processes and current capabilities.

Elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs; understand the customer journey and define user requirements.

Experience with a major ERP, in particular D365 is highly regarded.

Strong knowledge of business process mapping and optimization

A finance degree or accounting designation is a bonus

Define, manage, and implement the solutions to identified business issues.

Partner with functional groups and development team to deliver solutions to meet business requirements.

Stay informed on new or emerging trends and technologies that provide clear benefits to the organization, business partners, and/or customers.

Work with key business customers to define project scope and identify and prioritize requirements.

University Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting

Summarizing and presenting findings and challenges to manager level employees

Knowledge of computer science, engineering, or equivalent to support business solution activities, including requirements gathering and testing

8-10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in various end-to-end technology projects/programs or organizational change initiatives

Prior experience with a Business Analyst Centre of Excellence

Past experience in the Utilities industry

Proven track record of coaching, mentoring, and providing feedback to other Business Analysts

Ability to coach and provide guidance to new Business Analysts, establishing a standard of excellence in BA work

10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

Assess and analyze the effectiveness of processes and suggest effective solutions to management to assist in making effective business decisions.

Manage improvement registers / backlogs and support in process improvement project prioritization, planning, execution and management.

Support process owners and function managers in updating organizational documents in the document management system (DMS)

Assess business requirements and make evidence-based recommendations to support process improvements.

Support process owners and function managers in predictive resource planning analytics

Review customer experience data from surveys and other sources to determine improvement areas.
